Whether you’re new or returning, this guide covers everything you need for a secure ME99 login, including troubleshooting tips and our security features. We’ve kept this walkthrough focused on account access to get you to your games quickly.
Getting into your account is straightforward once you’ve registered. You’ll need the mobile number or email address you signed up with, plus your password. If you’ve enabled extra protection on your account, you may also need to confirm a one-time code or use biometric verification (fingerprint or face recognition) on the ME99 app, depending on your device.
We don’t currently publish a specific minimum deposit or withdrawal figure tied to the login process itself, so if that detail matters to your session, check the current terms directly after logging in rather than assuming a figure from elsewhere.
You can complete ME99 login two ways: through your browser on desktop or mobile, or through our dedicated app.
Browser login is the simpler of the two, no download required, just your username and password from any device with an internet connection. The ME99 app, by contrast, needs to be installed first. On Android, that means enabling “Unknown Sources” in your phone’s settings and installing the APK directly, since we don’t distribute through Google Play. On iOS, you’ll download through Safari and then trust the app in your device settings before it opens properly.
Once installed, the app experience mirrors the website closely, same account, same games, same promotions section, just accessed through a different interface.
On Android, the ME99 app is the more common route, since it installs from an APK rather than an app-store listing. Once installed, ME99 login works the same as in a browser, mobile number or email, password, and any extra step you’ve enabled. Many Android devices also support fingerprint unlock once it’s linked to our app’s biometric option.
iPhone and iPad users are more likely to complete ME99 login through Safari, either directly or after installing our app through the trust-and-open process described above. Face ID and Touch ID both work as biometric options for ME99 casino login on supported iOS devices, provided biometric verification is already enabled. Reinstalling the app or updating iOS may mean re-confirming this setting.
Here’s something worth being upfront about. Our own login button on me99.live currently routes players through to me99aud.com to complete account access. Separately, our site footer lists me99aud.biz, not me99aud.com, as one of our official alternative links. That’s a genuine inconsistency between where our login flow actually sends you and what our own footer names as the alternative address, and we think you deserve to know that rather than have you guess which one is current.
Our advice until this is tidied up on our end: always start your ME99 login from a link on me99.live itself, rather than typing a sister domain directly from memory or an old bookmark. If you land somewhere that doesn’t look right, come back to our homepage and start again from there.
We take account protection seriously, and our login process reflects that. According to our own about page, ME99 casino login is backed by SSL encryption, anti-bot firewall protection, device recognition and biometric support, features designed to keep your account, balance and personal details harder to compromise, whether you’re logging in from a desktop browser or the mobile app.
Device recognition specifically means we can flag a login attempt from an unfamiliar device, which is worth knowing if you ever see an unexpected security prompt, it’s not a bug, it’s the system doing its job.
Most ME99 login problems come down to a short list of causes. Here’s what to check first:
Issue | Likely Cause | What to Try |
Password not accepted | Typo or forgotten password | Use the password reset option on the login page |
Login page won’t load | Wrong or outdated domain link | Return to me99.live and use the official login link |
App won’t open after install | iOS trust setting not completed | Go to Settings and trust the app before reopening |
Security prompt appears | Login from a new or unrecognised device | Confirm it’s you via the verification step shown |
Account looks inactive | Long gap since last login | Contact support to confirm your account status |
If none of these resolve the issue, reaching out through our support channels is the fastest way to get a genuine answer rather than guessing further.
Losing access to the mobile number or email tied to your account is a different problem to forgetting your password. A standard password reset only works if you can still receive a code at your registered contact details, so if that number or inbox is no longer yours, that option won’t get you back in.
In that case, contact our support team directly rather than repeatedly attempting ME99 login with details that no longer work. Be ready to confirm identifying account information, this ties back to the verification approach behind our device recognition and biometric checks, and stops someone else claiming your account just because they know your username.
Once you’re through ME99 login, your account opens up to everything we offer. Head to ME99 for our slots lobby, classic pokies, video slots, Boongo titles, JILI-powered games and jackpot-style options are all in the one place. Prefer a live dealer instead? Our ME99 Casino section covers blackjack, roulette and baccarat with real dealers streamed in real time.
Everything ties back to the same account, so switching between slots and live tables mid-session doesn’t require logging in again or managing a separate balance.
If you’ve come across ME99AUD while searching for us, you’re not looking at an unrelated brand. ME99AUD is one of the domain-style names tied to our wider network alongside me99.live, part of why we’d rather you bookmark our official homepage than a specific alternative link that could change. We list several alternative addresses in our site footer, but me99.live remains the site we’d point you back to first for anything account-related, including ME99 Login.
If you’re ever unsure whether a link claiming to be ME99AUD or a similar variant is genuinely ours, the safest move is the same one we’d give for any login page: navigate back to me99.live directly rather than trusting a saved link or a message from someone else.
Once inside your account, the next steps are simple. Check the promotions section for your welcome bonus if you’re a new player, our first-deposit offer currently matches 100% up to 1000 AUD, then browse games, track any VIP or loyalty progress, and manage your account details. Returning players can jump straight to whichever game category they’re after, slots, live casino, Boongo or otherwise, without re-entering account information each visit.
If you haven’t registered yet, you can create an account before your first login, it only takes a few details to get started.

ME99 login is designed to be a short step, not a hurdle, whether you’re coming in through a browser or our app, with SSL encryption, device recognition and biometric support working in the background to keep your account secure. The one thing worth double-checking yourself is the domain: our login button currently sends you to me99aud.com, while our footer separately names me99aud.biz as an alternative link, a mismatch we think is worth knowing about rather than discovering by accident. Starting every login from me99.live itself is the simplest way to avoid that confusion. From there, whether you’re chasing your welcome bonus, heading to slots or settling in at a live table, everything sits behind the same account.
Enter the mobile number or email you registered with, along with your password, on our official login page. If you’ve enabled extra security, you may also need to confirm a one-time code or biometric check.
Our login button currently routes through me99aud.com to reach your account. We flag this because our own footer separately lists me99aud.biz as an alternative address, a gap between the two that we think you should know about rather than assume is consistent.
Yes. ME99AUD refers to the same wider ME99 brand and network as me99.live, though we’d always recommend starting from me99.live directly for login and account access.
Use the password reset option available on the login page. If that doesn’t resolve it, our support channels can help confirm your account details.
We use SSL encryption, anti-bot firewall protection, device recognition and biometric support to help protect account access, though as with any online account, using a strong, unique password on your end adds another layer of protection.
Yes. The same account works whether you log in through the ME99 app or directly through your browser, and your games, balance and promotions stay consistent across both.
